Property Description

 
Old Mill House is a Four Star, Silver Award, Guest House. We are a small, friendly business offering quality accommodation. We have converted a former mill associated building into two guest suites; Alford Suite and Sibsey Suite. Each of our suites comprise a lounge, double bedroom and ensuite shower room. Our accommodation is all ground floor, with direct access from the private parking area to the front of the building. Where possible the accommodation has been fashioned with consideration to easy access. Each suite has its own front and rear entrance. To the rear of both suites is a small patio with garden furniture and access to the garden.

Things To Do

This part of Lincolnshire offers a diversity of locations and activity for the visitor, from historical cities and market towns, to fishing and aviation heritage. However, it is probably our coastline that is the greatest attraction. Old Mill House is 3 miles from the sand dune beaches that stretch from Mablethorpe to Skegness. These are home to both nature reserves and holiday seaside attractions

 Rooms

Alford and Sibsey Suites
Our suites are centrally heated and have bright, well furnished lounges with freeview television and video/DVD players. Complimentary tea and coffee making facilities are available in each suite. A rear door provides access to a small patio, which is exclusively for your own use.

The Suites have a double bedroom, comprehensively furnished in pine with a king-size bed. Furnishings include wardrobe and dressing table. In addition, there are a few homely touches that we felt were appropriate.

Leading off of each the bedroom is an ensuite shower room, these are fully tiled as a wet rooms and offer a maximum of space. Complimentary sundries are available in the ensuites. We also offer the use of hair dryers and ironing facilities, if required.

Each of our suites is priced at £50 per night and assumes two people sharing.
