An exceptionally friendly family run guest house that welcomes you with open arms to the award winning sunshine costal resort of Eastbourne, famous for its awe-inspiring South Downs chalk cliffs, merging with broad shingle shores.

Some thing for everyone, loads of fun for all ages and obviously the adored English holiday experience by the Sea Side.
The Sea Breeze is a stones throw away from the sea front and a pleasant stroll along Eastbourne’s famous promenade to the pier, town centre and all local amenities. Eastbourne offers an excellent range of restaurants, café’s, bistro’s and bars to suit all budgets all within walking distance the closest being the highly popular Marine Public House.
To set you up for the day a hearty full English breakfast or alternative continental is served vegetarians/special diets also catered for on request. Picnic’s hampers can also be made for a small additional charge.
All bedrooms recently re decorated have tea and coffee making facilities, TV’s & cleaned to a high standard daily, For guest use DVD Players, films, PS2, games, books, children’s board games, WIFI and laptop available, iron, hair dryer, hair straighteners if you need something just ask.

| HOW TO FIND US…
Sea Breeze Guest House 6 Marine Road Eastbourne BN22 7AU
Located just off the Royal Parade on Eastbourne’s seafront between the Pier and the Redoubt Fortress. Land marks, behind the York Hotel and the lovely Italian Ice Cream Parlour called Fuscardis are located at the end of our little road.
By Rail: Eastbourne has a regular train connection to London Victoria, Gatwick, East Croydon, Brighton and Hastings. A 5-minute taxi journey or 15-20 minutes walk away from the railway station.
By Road: Junction 6 from M25 take the A22 straight through to Eastbourne. Junction 7 on M25 joins the M23 to Brighton then the A27 to Lewes and then Eastbourne. Follow the signs to the Seafront. Sea Breeze is located between the Pier and the Redoubt Fortress.
By Air: Direct train connection from Gatwick Airport to Eastbourne (50 min); Or follow driving directions above for M23.
