| Anstey’s is a light, homely, tranquil, 2 double bedroom B&B with a warm welcome, tasteful décor and breakfast to remember! Nicky is a nutritionist; sports’ and deep tissue massage therapist; and is qualified in a range of other holistic and pamper treatments, that many of her guests enjoy as they unwind and relax during their visit.
Anstey’s is ideally positioned in a quaint Surrey village close to the village green, river and fantastic pubs and restaurants, ranging from good pub grub to Chinese, Thai or top-class restaurant food. Surrounding the B&B are some breathtaking walks within the surrounding commons and the beautiful Surrey Hills. The B&B is also near many interesting, historic, cobbled towns such as Farnham, Godalming, Guildford, Haslemere and the antique haven, Petworth. Farnborough is also near for those interested in visiting its famous airshow or just staying on business.
Thus making Anstey’s B&B ideal for those wishing to park the car for the duration of their stay or those wishing to explore the area with its easy access to the A3 and its easy reach of the M3 and M25. Bearing in mind London and the coast are only 40 minutes away.

Things To Do

| Being in such a central location, on the border of Surrey, Hampshire and West Sussex you can visit many of the quaint and historic towns such as Godalming, Farnham, Haslemere, Guildford and the antiques mecca of Petworth, all with their pretty cobbled streets.
Alternatively you may like to relax and explore the beautiful Surrey Hills and surrounding expanse of commonland designated as Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Or in contrast you may like to take in all the sites and atmosphere that London has to offer via a 40 minute train journey.
These are just a few ideas but with Windsor and the coast also within easy reach you can make your stay as full and exciting as you wish. |

Directions

| Based between Godalming, Guildford, Farnham and Haslemere, makes Anstey's B&B easy to access from many major routes, including A3, M25 and M3.
From M25/A3. Head South toward Guildford on A3. Pass Guildford. Take exit to Milford/Elstead (just after ESSO garage on left). At roundabout take 3rd exit over bridge to Elstead and head towards Elstead for about 2 miles. On entering the village go past the ELSTEAD signpost and take the first road left after 250m (opposite red phone box and bus shelter on corner) to Springhill. Anstey's B&B is found 150m up on the left (No 10, only white house).
