Benson's is a recently refurbished 200 year old traditional Cornish cottage set in private and peaceful gardens situated in the historical mining countryside of West Cornwall close to Redruth and Truro.

As well as our two spacious double bedrooms we have a guest lounge for you to watch tv, read or just plain relax in.

Benson's breakfast always has fresh and locally sourced produce as well as our home made bread, jams, yoghurt etc. Why not book a break with us and try it.

Things To Do

The Mineral Tramways trail network for cyclists and walkers is on the doorstep. National Trust and privately owned gardens. Lost Gardens of Heligan and Eden Project are within easy reach. Falmouth Maritime Museum and Tate St Ives are a short drive away. There are a number of fabulous beaches nearby including the world famous surfing beaches of Newquay.

Directions

From the A30 take the Scorrier turnoff (A3047), pass the Plume of Feathers pub on the right, turn left at the Crossroads Hotel, stay on this road which winds for a while until you see sign for St Day Holiday Park. Just after this is a small crossroads, turn left and then take the first left (no road name) and immediately right (Consols Road). Benson's is situated 150 yards on the left.
