Situated on the southern edge of the North York Moors National Park, Prospect Farm Cottages consists of four charming cottages, recently converted from listed stone barns dating from mid 17th century retaining many original features.

A garden area with seating is provided for guests with far reaching views of the Vale of Pickering.

Ample private parking is provided close to the cottages.

We have the benefit of accessing the National Park from the rear of our property, avoiding all roads and traffic, making it an ideal location for walkers or mountain bikers.

For those who just want to relax and explore there are many local attractions in the area. The stunning coastline is a short drive away and we are only 40 minutes by car from the historic cathedral city of York.

The picturesque village of Thornton Dale is only a mile away where you will find a good variety of shops and pubs.

The Derwent & Sinnington Cottages
Comfortable lounge with TV & coal effect stove & well equiped kitchen area with breakfast bar. Shower room & WC and galleried double bedroom. 		Room Rate
Short breaks £50/night/cottage (minimum 2 nights) in low season. For weekly rate please contact us. Breakfast can be provided on request to enjoy in the privacy of your cottage. Light breakfast £7 per couple Full english breakfast £14 per couple.
The Middleton Cottage
This lovely cottage has just been renovated providing spacious accommodation for 4 with original beamed ceilings. The ground floor is open plan with a coal effect stove in the lounge and a spacious, well equipped kitchen.

Upstairs there is one twin bedded room and one double with door opening onto the garden. A spacious shower room completes this charming cottage.		Room Rate

The Saltersgate Cottage
This cottage is single storey with double bedroom, combined lounge and kitchen and spacious shower room. This cottage has the benefit of being asscessible to wheelchair users.		Room Rate
