| We are a 4 Star Scottish Tourism Accommodation. Situated on a family croft by the A835 and only 2 miles from the main A9, we are only 10 minutes from the City of Inverness and the Town of Dingwall. It is a detached bungalow with plenty of surrounding land for you to walk or view the wildlife.
We offer two Bedrooms, the first accommodates a comfortable double bed and looks to the rear of the house over the fields and forest and when you open the large built in wardrobe you will find the TV and a radio for your use. There is loads if shelving and hanging space for all your clothing.
The second accommodates twin beds and is situated to the front of the house. It has a wall mounted TV and a clock/radio alarm. There is ample wardrobe and drawer space.
Both Bedrooms have tea and coffee facilities, TV with Freeview and a local information pack to help you plan your stay, a hairdryer and a first aid kit.
There is a vast breakfast menu to choose from with self service coffee maker, juices and a selection of cereals all within the beautifully decorated separate dining room.
There are two bathrooms, for your private use only - one with amenities for the disabled. Each with built in shower unit and separate bath all in pure white with pleasant decor. There are also fresh towels laid out for your use, and a courtesy basket.
There is a a ramp and disabled facilities along with plenty of parking space.

Things To Do
|
| Use the house as an anchor point to start your site seeing and view the beautiful Falls of Shin in Sutherland or take one of the many trails round the Rogie Falls on the road to Ullapool, where you can spot the red squirrel or the elusive pine martens. Visit the Original Loch Ness Monster Visitors' Centre or take a trip on the loch and admire the breathtaking scenery. From the Ullapool Pier, a cruise will let you see the infamous bottle nosed dolphins.
We have an excellent Tourism File which covers the whole of the Highland of Scotland and beyond for you to plan your stay. There are leaflets to take away and further booklets for your use. |

Directions
|
| Follow the main A9 North to Inverness and carry on over the Kessock Bridge to the Tore Roundabout. From the Tore roundabout, take the second exit (A835) Ullapool road. Continue for 2.2 miles, we are 75 yards off the road on your right. We look forward to seeing you.
