| From A1M. Leave motorway at junction 62, take A690 towards Durham City. Pick up A691 road towards Consett. Stay on this road for approx. 3 miles, then turn left at roundabout signposted Langley Park/Quebec. Go through Langley Park. Approx. half-a-mile past Langley Park there is a bend in the road with 2 turn-offs on the right hand side. The second of these is signposted Hamsteels Lane. Turn into Hamsteels Lane, going downhill, then up to the very top of the hill. You will see Hamsteels Hall on the right hand side. Take the second entrance to the rear of the Hall, and we will show you to your cottage. |
