Visit the fantastic new Thermae Spa, The Roman Baths or one of the many museums. Superb shopping and an envious amount of restaurants are all within a five minute walk of Royal Park Guest House.

		Double This double room at the top of the house occupys the whole of the 2nd floor and has its own private en-suite shower room. TV, radio & refreshment tray are all provided. It is possible to add a cot for a child if necessary	Room Rate £70 - £90


		Family A large airy room at the front of the house. This room has a double and a single bed in. It is en-suite and there is plenty of space to add either a cot or an extra bed if required. T.V, radio and refreshement tray are all provided.	Room Rate £90 - £140


		Single A quiet room at the back of the house with en-suite shower room. TV, radio & refreshment tray.	Room Rate £45 - £60


		Twin A quiet room at the back of the house with en-suite shower room. TV, radio & refreshment tray. This room has 2 single beds and room to add a cot for a child if necessary.	Room Rate £70 - £90

Directions

We are only a 5 minute taxi ride from Bath Spa Railway station and National Express Coach teminal.

Arriving by road - From the M4

Leave the motorway at Junction 18 and follow signs for Bath A46 After about 4 miles you will descend a long hill on a dual carriageway, and take the left lane, sign posted to Bath At the roundabout take the 3rd. exit towards Bath A4

Continue for one mile passing through several sets of traffic and pedestrian lights. Beware of the bus lane as you approach the outskirts of the city. Following signs for Hospital A&E and Long Stay parking.

Go straight on through the traffic lights (Morrisons supermarket on your left) At the next set of traffic lights again go straight ahead. DO NOT turn left at these lights although the signpost directs all through traffic to do so.

** After about 200 yards you will come to a mini roundabout, take the second exit along Paragon Buildings. Continue on to the next set of traffic lights and keep to the left-hand lane Go straight ahead through the lights passing the Royal York Hotel on your left. Proceed to the end of the road (George Street) until you are forced to go left. Go straight ahead at the traffic lights;: you are now in Queen Square.

Go round THREE sides of the Square and exit onto Charlotte Street (signs for Long Term Car Park) Continue to the end of Charlotte Street...about 300 hundred yards...and join the Upper Bristol Road. Royal Park Guest House will be found some 350 yards along this road on the right hand side. We are near the pedestrian crossing, opposite the Smiles local shop and Mr D's.
