Welcome to our large modern home in a peaceful residential area close to the centre of the ancient market town of Monmouth. We offer our guests two double bedrooms both with comfortable king size beds and each with television and CD players and tea/coffee making facilities. One bedroom has an ensuite shower room, the other its own private bathroom. In the morning, enjoy breakfast in our sunny conservatory. A wide variety of cereals, fruit and yogurts is offered, together with a choice of freshly cooked items. Home made bread and preserves are available, and organic produce used wherever possible.

Things To Do

Walking - the Wye Valley Walk is close by, as is Offa's Dyke and the Brecon Beacons National Park. Horseriding, golf and fishing are all available locally. The ancient castles of Skenfrith, Chepstow and Raglan are all nearby, and the beaches of the Gower coastline are well within driving distance. If shopping is what you like, there are major retailers in Bristol (35 miles) and Cardiff (45 miles). There is canoeing on the River Wye and world class theatre and concerts in the Wales Millenium Centre in nearby Cardiff.

Directions

From the M4 Newport, enter Monmouth through the tunnels. At the lights, carry straight on to the roundabout and turn left into Dixton Road. At the lights, turn right and go up the hill, passing the Girls' School on your right. You will shortly pass under a covered footbridge bearing teh School Crest. Now take the third turn on the left into Highfield Road. This goes up then down and Berryfield Park is at the bottom on the right. Number 6 is a couple of houses up on the right. Please park in the drive.
