| If you are seeking the tranquility of Orkney then this is the place for you. From the comfort of the lounge enjoy the views over Scapa Flow. The Annexe is a separate residence adjoining the owner's property.
The comfortable lounge has two settees. electric fire, oil central heating, widescreen t.v , freeview box, dvd player, as well as numerous books, maps and information leaflets for you to use during your stay. There is a dining suite at the other end of the lounge so you can enjoy the spectacular views whilst dining. All heating and lighting are included in the price.
There are two bedrooms. One room has a double bed the other has two singles. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers. They are very tastefully decorated and very comfortable and quite. The linen is included.
The bathroom has a large walk in shower, toilet and wash hand basin. There are some complimentary sachets and towels are all included.
The large modern kitchen also enjoys views over the sea. There is large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave and plenty of gadgets! There will be a welcome pack awaiting your arrival complete with a few Orkney specialities to get your holiday off to a good start. There is a separate laundry room.
Outside there is a garden area with bench and deck chairs should you need them to enjoy the spectacular views. There is your own car parking space and washing line. There is a compost bin ( if you like recycling) and a bird table.
The bus stop is a mile away and the village shop, restaurant and pub are just a mile and a half away.

Stromness Museum. Skara Brae, Tomb of the Eagles. Ring of Brodgar, Standing Stones of Stenness, Maes Howe, St Magnus Cathedral, Burray Fossile Nuseum and Heritage Centre to name but a few!!! |

Ferries arrive in Orkney from Aberdeen, Scrabster or Gills Bay.
