| 'Overcombe House' is situated within Dartmoor National Park and backs onto Roborough Downs. Within easy reach you have access to activities such as gliding, kayaking, paragliding, moorland and gorge walking, horse riding, cycling, reservoir, fly and coarse fishing and golfing to name but a few. For those of you who enjoy less energetic pastimes there are farmers markets, historic houses, museums, craft shops & galleries, gardens and interesting churches to visit.

| Directions from Tavistock approx.4 miles
Follow the A386 towards Plymouth. On reaching the ‘Horrabridge’ sign , continue forward. Shortly after passing the left turn into the village (Watch out for the Speed Camera) take the second turn on your right into Old Station Road (You will see our brown Tourist Sign) you will find us on the left hand side. Have a safe journey.
Directions from Plymouth approx. 10 miles
Follow A386 towards Tavistock. On reaching the roundabout at Yelverton remain on the A386, after approximately 1.1 miles you will see the ‘Horrabridge’ sign take the next left turn and follow the road round and you will find us on the right hand side. If you miss this road take the next left hand turn. Old Station road is effectively a loop road off the A386.
