| This stylish garden apartment is in an historic Victorian terrace across from the Botanic Gardens and near Glasgow University and cosmopolitan Byres Road. Steps down from the pavement lead to a small patio garden and a private entrance. From the entrance hall, the apartment opens up into a stylish sitting area and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. The sitting area has wooden floors, a bay window with original shutters, wooden blinds, recessed lighting and attractive, comfortable furniture. It is equipped with multi-channel, Freeview television and VCR, DVD and CD players, and broadband. A selection of videos, Scottish books and games are supplied. The modern, contemporary kitchen has recessed lighting and up-to-the-minute appliances including matching fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, hood, microwave and breakfast bar.
A spacious bedroom featuring a queensize bed, walk-in storage cupboard and chest of drawers is accessed from the sitting room. Off the hallway is a luxury tiled bathroom including a bath with shower attachment. A separate laundry room has a washing machine, dryer and additional storage. Hairdryer, iron, ironing board, towels and all linens are provided.
Parking is free on the cul-de-sac of Belhaven Terrace or surrounding streets. Nearby bus, Underground and train service provide easy travel connections to the City Centre, as well as out of town, making the location ideal for business or touring.

| It is a 5 minute walk to Byres Road, the principal commercial street of the West End. There one can find grocery stores, a 24 hour convenience store, a post office, banks , a library, copying facilities, internet cafes, restaurants featuring a variety of European and Asian cuisines, and lively pubs along the well-known Ashton Lane. The remarkable, newly-opened Kelvingrove Museum, is only a few minutes further on, as is the Mackintosh House, Hunterian Museum and Transport Museum. The enchanting Botanic Gardens and greenhouses are directly across from the apartment.
