Surrounded by the rural beauty of Cotton Dell with acres of woods, farmland and public footpaths for walkers. Established cycle paths only short distance away. Cycle hire centre close by.
Guest accommodation comprises of two double ensuite bedrooms newly refurbished with
central heating, colour T.V, radio, tea/coffee making facilities, hair dryer.There are drying
facilities available.
With prior notice we will provide vegetarian and gluten free food also packed lunches if
required. Full English breakfast and Staffordshire oatcakes.
Outside is a garden with several picnic areas available for use of guests, a safe car park and covered storage for cycles.
The Mousehole is about 2miles from Alton Towers, appox 10 miles from the Market towns of Ashborne and Leek (the Antique treasures trove of the Moorlands) and 15 miles from the “Potteries”(A shopping Paradise)
Within a short distance we have good local Pubs and restaurants, serving quality food and beers.
For those who wish to see the wild life there are Bird Sanctuary’s and working farms.
Ilam and Dovedale, The Roaches (famous for its Rock climbing) and Buxton the famous Spa town are within easy reach.
Return to the past with the Churnet Valley Railway, vast investment in time and effort by
enthusiasts to bring Steam and Diesel back to the valleys

Total Apox 17miles

By road M6 Junction 15
A500 to A50 left at Meir take A520 to leek. Cellerhead turn right A52 Ashbourne Road
Turn right for Cotton The Mousehole 1/4 mile on left. Apox 20mil
From Ashbourne A52 to Stoke on Trent Left onto B5417 to Oakamoor Turn right at “Star” Pub into Cotton
The Mousehole 3/4 mile on right (Appox 9miles)

From Uttoxeter
Take the B5030 Ashbourne Road, left at Rocester on the B5031 follow the Alton Towers Signs At the main gate on your right continue on this road for 2miles At cross roads with the Star Pub on your left straight across into Cotton Lane for 1mile The Mousehole B&B on your right.
