| Our Lutton Place apartment is a traditional Edinburgh tenement flat dating from the late 19th century, refurbished and decorated to the highest 21st century standard inside, yet remaining gracefully in keeping with the period. It is conveniently situated in Newington, a vibrant district of Edinburgh nestling at the foot of Arthur's Seat, one of the most prominent and historical landmarks of Edinburgh. with many interesting and some quirky local shops and amenities only a short stroll from the apartment, which are well worth a browse.The spacious self-catering apartment offers flexible and comfortable accommodation for up to 6 adults and 2 children.
The apartment is situated on the ground floor with level access from the street, making it suitable for families with young children and people with low mobility.
This self-catering apartment comprises one family room, one double/twin bedroom and one twin bedroom. There is one full bathroom with bath and shower, a second luxury shower-room and one separate WC. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with washer dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob and fridge freezer. Duvets, pillows, sheets, blankets and towels are provided and changed on a weekly basis. Cots and high chairs are provided on request.
To ensure an enjoyable and relaxing stay, the apartment is fully equipped with favourite home comforts such as digital television and DVD/CD player. Lutton Place also has wireless broadband for those who wish to stay connected whilst away from home. Pre-paid mobile phone, additional linen change and cleaning, restaurant, theatre and event bookings, grocery deliveries and airport /station pick ups, can also be arranged on request at extra cost.

Edinburgh is an exciting place to visit at any time with an amazing variety of events running throughout the year. The busiest month is August, when the city offers the annual International Festival, the International Book Festival, ‘the world’s largest celebration of the written word’, and the Festival Fringe, the ‘world’s largest arts festival’.

| BY ROAD Approaching from the South, enter Edinburgh by the A1, turn left into Milton Road at the roundabout which intersects it, continue along Milton Road West, turn left into Duddingston Road West and then right into Old Church Lane. Follow the road around Arthur’s Seat and then turn left at the roundabout into Holyrood Park Road. Turn right at the T junction then first left into East Preston Street and first right into Oxford St. Turn right at the end of Oxford Street into Lutton Place and No 37 is immediately on your left hand side
