Packridge Farm is a 16th Century Farmhouse which stands in 10 acres of gardens and paddocks and is ideally located just off the M27 between Southampton and Romsey .

It is situated on the south facing slope of Telegraph Hill, an old Armada Beacon Point. The farm also has an outdoor swimming pool open for guests use in summer. There is grazing and stabling for up to 6 horses. A Livery service to provide for your horse or pony to come with you can be available for guests use by prior arrangement.

The Dairy Annexe, once the old Milking Sheds, has been beautifully converted to provide two en suite double rooms and guests' lounge/games room with a large Inglenook Fireplace (complete with wood burning stove for those cold winter nights.) There is also a large (1/2 size) Snooker Table in the Games Room available for guests and the owners to use.

The Dairy will appeal to both business and holiday travellers as its location is just 5 minutes drive to the Motorway network, 10 minutes to Southampton Central Railway and 10 minutes to the airport. The New Forest is within a few miles as are the Market Towns of Romsey, Salisbury and Winchester.

There are many beautiful and some challenging walks very close to the farm.
