| Michael and Mags bid you a warm welcome to their beautiful Victorian cottage set in the picturesque village of Pittenweem in the East Neuk of Fife, close by to the world famous St Andrews.
Our bedrooms are individually designed with a contemporary feel. We have 1 double and 1 family bedroom with en-suite facilities open all year, and 1 further family room with a private bathroom, which is seasonal, June-September. Our rooms are on the ground floor. All bedrooms have hospitality tray, remote control colour TV, luxury toiletries, clock radio, hairdryer, iron/ironing board and a snack menu is available. We also offer bicycle hire so you can explore the area in a more energetic fashion as well as secure bicycle storage and drying facilities. We operate a no-smoking rule throughout the house. Full breakfast is our speciality and should not be missed! Vegetarian selection is also available.
Whether its the Blue Flag Beaches, historic buildings and sights, the array of sport and leisure activities, the Fife Coastal Path, Scotland's best fish and chip shop, the famous Pittenweem Arts Festival, numerous galleries, the sights from the famous "The Weem Witch" book by Leonard Low or experiencing one of Scotland's last remaining fishing fleets land their catch, you aren't likely to have a dull moment at "Rooms at 25" where a friendly welcome awaits you!

| From Anstruther -
Follow along main street past harbour. Turn right up hill. At mini roundabout, take 1st exit onto A917 (Pittenweem). Pass Shell Garage on left. Take next right onto Charles Street.
From Leuchars Train Station -
Turn right out of station, towards Guardbridge. At roundabout, take 1st exit St Andrews, take A917 Crail. Turn right onto B9131, Anstruther. At mini roundabout take 3rd exit, Pittenweem. Pass Shell Garage on left. Take next right Charles Street.
From Edinburgh Airport -
Travel north to Forth Road Bridge M90 Junction 2A (kircaldy) merge into A92 at Redhouse roundabout, take 3rd exit (A921). At next roundabout, take 1st exit (A915), Leven and St Andrews. Continue through Leven, Lundin Links and Upper Largo. Turn right onto A917, Elie. Through St Monans to Pittenweem. Turn 1st left into Charles Street.
