We are conveniently placed for those coming up the M6 or those arriving by ferry from Newcastle--enjoy the castles and large houses as you drive across the Scottish Borders

Things To Do

West Linton is near Edinburgh so many guests use us as a base to see Edinburgh and the many attractions Edinburgh offers. Traditionally a walking area we also have Icelandic Horse centres nearby who offer pony trekking. We have a very good restaurant in the village also a good pub which also offers excellent restaurant food-- both have comfort menus. Rosslyn Chapel is nearby

Directions

West Linton is on the A702 11miles from Edinburgh city By pass.(A720.) It is signposted Biggar/Carlisle from the By pass.
From the A702 take a right at the roundabout as you enter the village. Drive to the bottom of the hill and The Meadows is on the left.
From the village take Deanfoot Road to the end, turn right and the Meadows is on the left
