| Kinnaird Guest House in Perth is a Georgian town house located near the city centre of Perth. Claire and Russ offer a comfortable stay in this establishment.
We offer bed and breakfast accommodation in our seven en-suite rooms. All our rooms are decorated to a high standard. All rooms have hospitality trays, televisions, hair dryers and central heating with thermostatic controls. A resident's lounge is available with a bookcase with a selection of books on the local area. There is also a public telephone and ample private parking to the rear of the property.
A full Scottish breakfast is served with a selection of cereals, fruit juices and fruit available from our buffet table.

Directions

| From Glasgow
Travelling from the South West, you will be approaching from Glasgow/Stirling direction on the A9. Follow the signposts into Perth city centre, which takes you onto Glasgow Road which leads right into the city centre, passing a number of Guest Houses and large houses on either side of the road. Go straight over the large roundabout and keep heading straight on until you reach a set of traffic lights with Iceland Frozen Food store on the right hand side. Take the right hand lane and turn right at these lights keeping Iceland on your right. After approx 300m you reach a sharp left bend in the road. Keep following this road. At the T junction, you will be facing the bus station.
Turn right and you will then see the railway station ahead of you. The road bends sharp left at the rail station and you will pass under the railway bridge. You will now pass Parklands Hotel on your right, followed by King St, James St and Scott St turnings off to your left. Nelson Street is next, the Guest House is 50m farther down this road just before the traffic lights. If you wish parking turn left into Nelson St. then after approx 50yds turn RIGHT, immediately before the railway bridge into the 'Private road' (Marshall Mews). It is narrow, so proceed with care! Our white open fronted garage has a sign up and can be found almost at the end of this private road. You then proceed up the passageway to the side of the garage and up the steps to the rear entrance of our Guest House.
From Edinburgh
Travelling from the south on the M90 leave at junction 10 and head for ‘Perth’. Keep going straight on this road for approx 3km you will pass Tesco’s and Perth Prison on your right.You will then travel across a large park, South Inch. Take the left hand lane at the end of the park and at the traffic lights turn left. The Guest House is 20m on the right. For parking take the next right into Nelson Street, then after approx 50yds turn RIGHT, immediately before the railway bridge into the 'Private road' (Marshall Mews). From the North on the A9, follow the signs for Perth city centre at the first (Inveralmond) roundabout, keep going straight passing ASDA on your left. Keep goingstraight at the roundabouts and after passing a retail park with a Burger King on the right take the right hand lane following the signs for Glasgow. Straight over the next roundabout and then straight on at the traffic lights(left hand lane). After approx 300m you reach a sharp left bend in the road. Keep following this road.
